Authoring the Form in Universal Editor

1. Create a new page on your site.

2. Click on Section container in content tree and click on icon. Select the Adaptive Form option appearing in the available components.

3. Once Adaptive Form start appearing in your content tree. Select the Adaptive Form option and click on icon to add different form fields.
